Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is considered final. We encourage customers to review their purchase details carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
While we do not accept general returns, we are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Upon reviewing your claim, we will determine if a replacement is warranted. Please note that we may require you to return the defective item before a replacement is issued. Shipping costs for returning defective items will be covered by us.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, we cannot accommodate any cancellations or changes. Please make sure to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Errors
If there is an error in the shipment of your order (such as receiving the wrong product), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to proceed, and shipping costs for correcting any errors will be covered by us.

5. Gift-Wrapping Service Policy
The gift-wrapping service, exclusive to Alexander Crossing residents, also adheres to this no-refund policy. Once the service has been booked and payment has been made, the booking is non-refundable. Please review your gift-wrapping choices carefully before finalizing your booking.
